    What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
    We understand that things happen! We request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or "no-show" appointments, may be subject to a AED 25 cancellation fee, or a charge of AED 25. This policy helps us compensate our stylists and manage their schedules fairly.

    What should I do to prepare for my first appointment?
